It is more than just a producer of artisanal baked goods; it is a safe, welcoming space for training, internships, and employment for women facing challenging life circumstances—particularly single mothers and internally displaced persons. The bakery’s operations demonstrate how a socially responsible business model can effectively address pressing social issues, restoring self-belief to those who need it most. To ensure a systematic transition toward financial independence, the NGO "Martin-Club" regularly conducts comprehensive training sessions on women's leadership, financial literacy, self-employment, and project management. We help participants overcome stereotypes and internal barriers, master new professional skills, develop their own business ideas, or find their dream jobs.
