According to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) , the Dnipropetrovsk region remains one of the largest regions that accepts internally displaced persons from frontline areas. In such difficult conditions, NGO MARTIN-club continues its activities, focusing on supporting the most vulnerable categories of women, in particular those who have survived violence or were forced to leave their homes due to war. The project is aimed at supporting women aged 18 to 35, including internally displaced persons and victims of gender-based violence. The project aims to improve the quality of life and well-being of women from socially vulnerable groups living in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianskyi and Pavlohrad. From October 2024 to March 2025, 600 women will receive the necessary assistance in the form of food kits, non-food hygiene essentials and items that ensure comfortable living in the autumn-winter period (given the possibility of a power outage). Additionally, from April to June 2025 , another 355 women will receive kits that include food and non-food hygiene items. Thus, the total number of women receiving support within the project is 955 people. NGO MARTIN-club closely cooperates with local communities, authorities and opinion leaders, which allows it to respond promptly to challenges and provide assistance to women who need support most. Such interaction makes humanitarian initiatives more effective and sustainable, ensuring constant communication and understanding of the needs of the community.
