We carry out large-scale activities to protect and support children, including those who have suffered from war and difficult life circumstances. Support and protection of children We carry out large-scale activities to protect and support children, including those who have suffered from war and difficult life circumstances. The organization offers a safe space where children can receive psychological and social support, particularly through mobile brigades and specialized centers, such as the "Center for Assistance to the Rescued in the Dnipro". In such centers, children and their families provide psychological assistance, legal advice, and basic needs, contributing to their restoration and integration into society. In addition to direct support, Martin-club is actively engaged in educational activities, involving the community in the protection of children's rights and prevention of violence. This helps to create a favorable environment that prevents crisis situations and maintains the stability of vulnerable populations. Martin-club also actively helps children who are in difficult social and psychological conditions through hostilities. The organization involves skilled psychologists and social workers who provide children with emotional support, teach the skills of overcoming stress and help to establish trust in adults. Particular attention is paid to children who have lost their parents or have been forced to leave their homes, as well as those who have suffered violence. Through individual consultations and group classes, they receive the necessary resources to stabilize emotional state and development. In addition, the organization cooperates with local communities and international partners to create long -term support programs. For example, in the framework of projects with partners such as Mercy Corps, Martin-club provides assistance not only to children but also for mothers, women and other vulnerable groups, providing them with access to psychological and legal support, as well as the necessary household goods. This approach not only meets immediate needs, but also creates conditions for sustainable community development, which is capable of supporting and protecting children. • Vona career hub | ГО МАРТІН-клуб

Vona career hub VONA - career hub Donor VONA - is a Dnipro career and business hub for women The "VONA hub" project in Dnipro is implemented by UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund in Ukraine, with the financial support of the government of Great Britain/the international development program of the government of Ireland and the implementation of the MARTIN club. Works from July 8, 2022 The name of the hub consists of the first letters of 4 words - Free, Winged, Independent, Ambitious. The team works to make our clients feel exactly like that. HOW DOES THIS RELATE TO DOMESTIC / GENDER BASED VIOLENCE Economic dependence is often the reason why women endure violence, because they do not have the opportunity to provide for themselves and their children. The career hub provides such an opportunity. ABOUT GOALS AND OPPORTUNITIES In "VONA Hub" you can get free individual confidential advice from a career counselor and help at all stages of job search or starting your own business, writing a grant application, consulting and psychological project support. There is an opportunity to take professional courses that will help you acquire new knowledge, skills or even a profession. The career hub closely cooperates with social services, employment centers, businesses, promotes the transfer of knowledge to local partners, providing comprehensive support to clients and sustainability of the initiative. The goal of the "VONA Hub" project is to develop the professional potential and financial capacity of women of vulnerable categories: those who have suffered from domestic / gender-based violence or are in a risk group, are forced migrants from dangerous or temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, have lost housing or work, etc. . ABOUT THE HISTORY The career hub project for women was created back in 2020 and worked only online on the website platform www.vonahub.org.ua. During this period, about 3,000 individual consultations were provided by career counselors. In connection with the full-scale invasion of Russia in February 2022, the number of women who are at increased risk of violence, have become IDPs, and do not have the technical opportunities to undergo training or write resumes has increased. Therefore, the project entered a new stage of development - the creation of local offline hubs. 4 cities 8 brigade 1189 departures from January 2024 4182 customers Social networks: Address: Dnipro, 6 Yakov Samarskyi St Hours of operation: weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m News We have created safe spaces and a mobile team to support children in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast New safe centers for children were opened in three cities of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Peacebuilding is a very important aspect of the work of the NGO MARTIN-club, which contributes to strengthening social cohesion and restoring trust in a society affected by war. Peace building Work directions / Peacebuilding / Peacebuilding is a very important aspect of the work of the NGO MARTIN-club , which contributes to strengthening social cohesion and restoring trust in a society affected by war. As part of this, we focus on restorative justice , which allows war victims to express their experiences, find justice and be heard. The importance of establishing justice cannot be underestimated, as it not only restores the dignity of victims, but also contributes to the formation of a more just society, where the rights of everyone are taken into account. Restorative justice restores relationships and creates the basis for a future world. Community safety is another key aspect of our work. We strive to ensure that the rights and freedoms of all people are protected, especially those who have suffered the most from violence. An important tool in this process is the documentation of human rights violations during war , which allows not only to identify the perpetrators, but also to shape policies that prevent similar crimes in the future. A clear understanding of the history and causes of war serves as the basis for building a safe environment for all community members. Forum theater is used as a method of dialogue to engage communities in discussing complex social issues, including the consequences of war and ways to overcome them. This innovative approach allows participants to reflect on their own experiences, as well as propose solutions to restore peace and justice. Reparations for war victims are another component of our program, although they not only compensate for the harm caused, but also serve as a symbol of recognition. Thanks to the efforts of the NGO MARTIN-club, we, together with the community, are building a new, peaceful reality , where justice is a fundamental principle for a restored society.

We created two social enterprises - Horizontal Coffee Shop and MAMA 1 Bakery. Social entrepreneurship Work directions / Social business / We started 2 social businesses: MAMA 1 bakery and Horizontal coffee shop . The idea of creating a social business came to us a long time ago. Back in Makiivka, we were building a small farm next to the shelter. When the organization moved to Dnipro, we decided to implement more global plans for ourselves. First, as part of the Rukavychka shelter, we built a bakery . The main idea was to create conditions for teaching baking to women who lived with children in the shelter, so that they would have income and self-respect. Bakery MAMA 1 - Not one, but the first , started working in 2017. We sold products through the website, social networks and partners. By 2024, the project will operate at 50% only for online orders or for special events. In 2019, we opened a coffee shop. It was a project that we really wanted to make sincere and socially active. The concept was a completely ordinary coffee shop with specialty coffee that donated 100% of the profits to the organization's social programs. In 2024, we closed the coffee shop, but the project itself moved in a simplified form to the premises of youth activities. Donors of direction 2 Enterprises 60 000+ Customers 50+ Products 5 000 000 Income, UAH Social enterprises "MAMA 1" Bakery The project was created in 2017 as part of the Rukavychka shelter.
