Пріоритетні напрямки Проєктні пропозиції мають поєднувати дві складові: «м’яку» (робота з людьми, заходи, просвіта) та адвокаційну (вплив на політики, правила, взаємодію). Проте представлений список не є вичерпним. Географія До участі запрошуються організації, що працюють у Дніпропетровській області, зокрема в таких населених пунктах і районах: — Дніпро та Дніпровський район — Самар та Самарівський район — Кам’янське та Кам’янський район Адвокація змін Розробка та впровадження місцевих планів дій щодо протидії СГЗН. Системна взаємодія Налагодження співпраці між ОГС, поліцією, медичними та соціальними службами, зокрема через підписання меморандумів. Протоколи захисту Створення або вдосконалення алгоритмів перенаправлення постраждалих (Referral Pathways). Жіноче лідерство Розвиток груп самодопомоги, підтримка жінок та правопросвітницька діяльність. Робота з громадою Ініціативи, що змінюють ставлення до проблеми насильства та підвищують обізнаність. Умови та дедлайни Хто може подати заявку Неприбуткові організації (ГО/БО), які: зареєстровані щонайменше 1 рік (або мають обґрунтовану спроможність); мають у команді проєктного менеджера та бухгалтера; дотримуються політики нульової толерантності до насильства та експлуатації (PSEA); мають досвід або мотивацію працювати у темі СГЗН; участь у попередньому навчанні в межах проєкту — бажана, але не обов’язкова. Проте у розділі «Досвід команди» вам потрібно продемонструвати фаховість ключових експерток (координаторки, бухгалтерки), які будуть реалізовувати проєкт. Що таке «Адвокаційний проєкт»? Це просто тренінги? Ні. Адвокація — це не просто навчання, це процес впливу на тих, хто приймає рішення (владу). Просто тренінг: Ви навчили 20 жінок лідерству. Адвокація: Ви домоглися, щоб міська рада включила цих жінок до складу робочої групи з безпеки громади або змінила місцеву програму соцзахисту. Які витрати є «допустимими» у бюджеті? Витрати, безпосередньо пов'язані з діяльністю: Оплата праці команди та залучених експертів. Організаційна та комп'ютерна техніка: ноутбуки, планшети, принтери, проєктори для проведення тренінгів або роботи гарячої лінії / мобільної бригади. Its main goal is to comprehensively support and promote the healthy psychophysical development of children affected by the war in Ukraine, so that they can live a full childhood, despite the traumatic experience. The project seeks to return to children the childhood lost due to the war, help them overcome trauma, socialize and find new friends, and prepare them for a conscious role in society. The "Pink Panama" project has been operating since 2022 , accumulating experience and understanding the needs of children and their parents at different stages of development. Currently, it focuses on three main components: learning support (preparation for school, assistance during studies), development (art therapy, master classes, introduction to professions) and development of emotional intelligence (social-emotional training program, communication). This three-pronged strategy is adapted to the needs of three age groups: preschoolers (5-7 years old), younger schoolchildren (8-10 years old) and adolescents (11-12 years old), with the aim of preparing them for school, consolidating knowledge, developing communication skills, self-determination and professional orientation through a variety of classes, games, trainings and volunteer projects. The project is currently successfully operating for preschool children , but needs support to expand its activities and reach school-age children and adolescents. The goal of "Pink Panama" is to raise self-confident adults who will be able to realize themselves in society, despite the most terrible circumstances that surrounded them in childhood, contributing to the development of the country. According to the International Organization for Migration (IOM) , the Dnipropetrovsk region remains one of the largest regions that accepts internally displaced persons from frontline areas. In such difficult conditions, NGO MARTIN-club continues its activities, focusing on supporting the most vulnerable categories of women, in particular those who have survived violence or were forced to leave their homes due to war. The project is aimed at supporting women aged 18 to 35, including internally displaced persons and victims of gender-based violence. The project aims to improve the quality of life and well-being of women from socially vulnerable groups living in Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Kamianskyi and Pavlohrad. From October 2024 to March 2025, 600 women will receive the necessary assistance in the form of food kits, non-food hygiene essentials and items that ensure comfortable living in the autumn-winter period (given the possibility of a power outage). Additionally, from April to June 2025 , another 355 women will receive kits that include food and non-food hygiene items. Thus, the total number of women receiving support within the project is 955 people. NGO MARTIN-club closely cooperates with local communities, authorities and opinion leaders, which allows it to respond promptly to challenges and provide assistance to women who need support most. Such interaction makes humanitarian initiatives more effective and sustainable, ensuring constant communication and understanding of the needs of the community. The organization focuses on creating a safe space where victims of violence can receive psychological, social, and legal support. In projects, such as the "Savior Assistance Center" in the Dnipro, Martin-club experts provide comprehensive assistance to the victims of gender-conditioned violence, especially during the war, working in partnership with international organizations. This approach is aimed not only to provide temporary protection, but also to help women and children overcome the consequences of traumatic events, to promote their emotional recovery and integration into society. At the same time, Martin-club is working to raise public awareness of violence to create a more supportive environment for the victims and change social stereotypes against home and gender violence. We also implement projects aimed at social adaptation and integration of the victims into society. For example, the organization supports the psychological rehabilitation of women and children who have suffered violence so that they can again gain confidence and stability in their lives. Thanks to consultations, training seminars and group meetings, Martin-club helps to expand the opportunities of the victims, helping them develop new social and life skills.
