Its main goal is to comprehensively support and promote the healthy psychophysical development of children affected by the war in Ukraine, so that they can live a full childhood, despite the traumatic experience. The project seeks to return to children the childhood lost due to the war, help them overcome trauma, socialize and find new friends, and prepare them for a conscious role in society. The "Pink Panama" project has been operating since 2022 , accumulating experience and understanding the needs of children and their parents at different stages of development. Currently, it focuses on three main components: learning support (preparation for school, assistance during studies), development (art therapy, master classes, introduction to professions) and development of emotional intelligence (social-emotional training program, communication). This three-pronged strategy is adapted to the needs of three age groups: preschoolers (5-7 years old), younger schoolchildren (8-10 years old) and adolescents (11-12 years old), with the aim of preparing them for school, consolidating knowledge, developing communication skills, self-determination and professional orientation through a variety of classes, games, trainings and volunteer projects. The project is currently successfully operating for preschool children , but needs support to expand its activities and reach school-age children and adolescents. The goal of "Pink Panama" is to raise self-confident adults who will be able to realize themselves in society, despite the most terrible circumstances that surrounded them in childhood, contributing to the development of the country. Attracting additional funding will allow the team to accept more children and expand the program for the next four months, covering older age groups. 140+ children 2100+ services You do something incredible for our children, you give them the opportunity to feel like real children, I am very grateful to everyone who helps! We carry out large-scale activities to protect and support children, including those who have suffered from war and difficult life circumstances. Support and protection of children We carry out large-scale activities to protect and support children, including those who have suffered from war and difficult life circumstances. The organization offers a safe space where children can receive psychological and social support, particularly through mobile brigades and specialized centers, such as the "Center for Assistance to the Rescued in the Dnipro". In such centers, children and their families provide psychological assistance, legal advice, and basic needs, contributing to their restoration and integration into society. In addition to direct support, Martin-club is actively engaged in educational activities, involving the community in the protection of children's rights and prevention of violence. This helps to create a favorable environment that prevents crisis situations and maintains the stability of vulnerable populations. Martin-club also actively helps children who are in difficult social and psychological conditions through hostilities. The organization involves skilled psychologists and social workers who provide children with emotional support, teach the skills of overcoming stress and help to establish trust in adults. Particular attention is paid to children who have lost their parents or have been forced to leave their homes, as well as those who have suffered violence. Through individual consultations and group classes, they receive the necessary resources to stabilize emotional state and development. In addition, the organization cooperates with local communities and international partners to create long -term support programs. For example, in the framework of projects with partners such as Mercy Corps, Martin-club provides assistance not only to children but also for mothers, women and other vulnerable groups, providing them with access to psychological and legal support, as well as the necessary household goods. This approach not only meets immediate needs, but also creates conditions for sustainable community development, which is capable of supporting and protecting children. We created two social enterprises - Horizontal Coffee Shop and MAMA 1 Bakery. Social entrepreneurship Work directions / Social business / We started 2 social businesses: MAMA 1 bakery and Horizontal coffee shop . The idea of creating a social business came to us a long time ago. Back in Makiivka, we were building a small farm next to the shelter. When the organization moved to Dnipro, we decided to implement more global plans for ourselves. First, as part of the Rukavychka shelter, we built a bakery . The main idea was to create conditions for teaching baking to women who lived with children in the shelter, so that they would have income and self-respect. Bakery MAMA 1 - Not one, but the first , started working in 2017. We sold products through the website, social networks and partners. By 2024, the project will operate at 50% only for online orders or for special events. In 2019, we opened a coffee shop. It was a project that we really wanted to make sincere and socially active. The concept was a completely ordinary coffee shop with specialty coffee that donated 100% of the profits to the organization's social programs. In 2024, we closed the coffee shop, but the project itself moved in a simplified form to the premises of youth activities. https://static.wixstatic.com/media/54010a_f6800f31f6ab40ed9521bf6baa1e8efa~mv2.jpg Glove Donors "MARTIN-club" NGO created the human rights hotel "Glove" as a safe space for those who need help and support in critical moments of life. During this difficult time of the war, the Gauntlet became a home for women and children who had lost their homes or had to flee from violence or danger. We provide them not only temporary shelter, but also a full range of social, legal and psychological services. This hotel is part of our mission: we work to give women and children the opportunity to rebuild their lives, receive support in the form of legal aid, medical care and education, as well as a sense of stability and security. At Glove, we also help our residents find economic independence through participation in social projects, such as the Horizontal coffee shop and the MAMA 1 bakery. Thanks to these enterprises, our wards can acquire new skills, regain self-confidence and take a step towards a better future. We believe that every person deserves support and opportunity, and "Glove" is our contribution to creating a fair and safe society for all. We consider the "Glove" not only as a temporary shelter, but as a starting point for new life opportunities. All our programs and services aim to create a holistic environment for recovery, from psychological support to integration into a new community and help with education and employment. Every day we see how women and children who have survived difficult trials regain their faith in themselves and are ready to move forward. Our goal is not only to provide them with the resources they need, but also to help them feel part of a supportive community where their rights and interests are protected. 1 house 500+ families received services 250+ children lived News We have created safe spaces and a mobile team to support children in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast New safe centers for children were opened in three cities of the Dnipropetrovsk region.
