We sought to invent ways of self-financing, as well as to create a place where we ourselves would like to be. Simple, comfortable and full of meaning. The coffee shop became such a place. The main business idea is to sell the products of the MAMA 1 bakery and creating a platform where you can sell coffee, drinks and simple, wholesome food. The main social idea is to support the work of the bakery and the financial support of the organization's social projects. During the entire existence, we visited more than 20 festivals, realized more than 50 catering orders and took part in a significant number of events of our partners. The coffee shop works on the principle of 100% of profits for social projects . That is, everything that the coffee shop earns, after covering the necessary costs of existence, we invest in the organization. Its main goal is to comprehensively support and promote the healthy psychophysical development of children affected by the war in Ukraine, so that they can live a full childhood, despite the traumatic experience. The project seeks to return to children the childhood lost due to the war, help them overcome trauma, socialize and find new friends, and prepare them for a conscious role in society. The "Pink Panama" project has been operating since 2022 , accumulating experience and understanding the needs of children and their parents at different stages of development. Currently, it focuses on three main components: learning support (preparation for school, assistance during studies), development (art therapy, master classes, introduction to professions) and development of emotional intelligence (social-emotional training program, communication). This three-pronged strategy is adapted to the needs of three age groups: preschoolers (5-7 years old), younger schoolchildren (8-10 years old) and adolescents (11-12 years old), with the aim of preparing them for school, consolidating knowledge, developing communication skills, self-determination and professional orientation through a variety of classes, games, trainings and volunteer projects. The project is currently successfully operating for preschool children , but needs support to expand its activities and reach school-age children and adolescents. The goal of "Pink Panama" is to raise self-confident adults who will be able to realize themselves in society, despite the most terrible circumstances that surrounded them in childhood, contributing to the development of the country. Attracting additional funding will allow the team to accept more children and expand the program for the next four months, covering older age groups. 140+ children 2100+ services You do something incredible for our children, you give them the opportunity to feel like real children, I am very grateful to everyone who helps!

Peacebuilding is a very important aspect of the work of the NGO MARTIN-club, which contributes to strengthening social cohesion and restoring trust in a society affected by war. Peace building Work directions / Peacebuilding / Peacebuilding is a very important aspect of the work of the NGO MARTIN-club , which contributes to strengthening social cohesion and restoring trust in a society affected by war. As part of this, we focus on restorative justice , which allows war victims to express their experiences, find justice and be heard. The importance of establishing justice cannot be underestimated, as it not only restores the dignity of victims, but also contributes to the formation of a more just society, where the rights of everyone are taken into account. Restorative justice restores relationships and creates the basis for a future world. Community safety is another key aspect of our work. We strive to ensure that the rights and freedoms of all people are protected, especially those who have suffered the most from violence. An important tool in this process is the documentation of human rights violations during war , which allows not only to identify the perpetrators, but also to shape policies that prevent similar crimes in the future. A clear understanding of the history and causes of war serves as the basis for building a safe environment for all community members. Forum theater is used as a method of dialogue to engage communities in discussing complex social issues, including the consequences of war and ways to overcome them. This innovative approach allows participants to reflect on their own experiences, as well as propose solutions to restore peace and justice. Reparations for war victims are another component of our program, although they not only compensate for the harm caused, but also serve as a symbol of recognition. Thanks to the efforts of the NGO MARTIN-club, we, together with the community, are building a new, peaceful reality , where justice is a fundamental principle for a restored society.
