Currently, it focuses on three main components: learning support (preparation for school, assistance during studies), development (art therapy, master classes, introduction to professions) and development of emotional intelligence (social-emotional training program, communication). This three-pronged strategy is adapted to the needs of three age groups: preschoolers (5-7 years old), younger schoolchildren (8-10 years old) and adolescents (11-12 years old), with the aim of preparing them for school, consolidating knowledge, developing communication skills, self-determination and professional orientation through a variety of classes, games, trainings and volunteer projects. Проте у розділі «Досвід команди» вам потрібно продемонструвати фаховість ключових експерток (координаторки, бухгалтерки), які будуть реалізовувати проєкт. Що таке «Адвокаційний проєкт»? Це просто тренінги? Ні. Адвокація — це не просто навчання, це процес впливу на тих, хто приймає рішення (владу). Просто тренінг: Ви навчили 20 жінок лідерству. Адвокація: Ви домоглися, щоб міська рада включила цих жінок до складу робочої групи з безпеки громади або змінила місцеву програму соцзахисту. Які витрати є «допустимими» у бюджеті? Витрати, безпосередньо пов'язані з діяльністю: Оплата праці команди та залучених експертів. Організаційна та комп'ютерна техніка: ноутбуки, планшети, принтери, проєктори для проведення тренінгів або роботи гарячої лінії / мобільної бригади. Друк адвокаційних матеріалів (буклети, плакати, звіти). Оплата ліцензій на захищені канали зв'язку, Zoom для онлайн-консультацій, CRM-системи для обліку звернень жінок. Оренда та облаштування приміщення. Неприпустимо: Купівля авто, ремонт офісу, алкоголь, борги минулих періодів, тощо Що робити, якщо місцева влада відмовляється від співпраці? Це один із ризиків, який варто вказати в заявці. У розділі «Стратегія» опишіть свій "план Б": наприклад, залучення медіа, публічний тиск або співпраця з іншими депутатами, які є лояльними до теми жіночого лідерства. Якою мовою подавати документи? Офіційна мова конкурсу — "українська". Проте, володіння англійською мовою координатором або координаторкою проєкту буде перевагою для звітності. А хто донор? Вони не є обовʼязковими для подачі заявки, але будуть перевагою під час оцінювання конкурсною комісією. Скільки заявок може подати одна організація? Одна організація може подати лише одну заявку. У разі подання кількох заявок до розгляду приймається та, що надійшла першою. Як ми дізнаємося про результати конкурсу? Організації-переможці отримають офіційні повідомлення на електронну пошту на початку червня 2026 року. Також результати конкурсу будуть опубліковані на інформаційних ресурсах ГО МАРТІН-клуб.
