Help is provided free of charge, confidentially, to persons of all genders, regardless of age, regardless of status. Mobile teams provide psychological assistance to victims, respond to reports of violence, inform victims about medical, legal and other services, including support services for victims (shelters, crisis rooms, day centers, etc.), conduct information and educational activities.
